Beta policies
Privacy notice
This notice explains the information RosterBuzz handles during its controlled beta and how that information supports the product.
Last updated September 7, 2026
Information we collect
When you sign in, we receive a stable account identifier, email address, and an optional display name from the sign-in service. We store the content and actions you choose to submit, including posts, chat messages, Crowd Pulse votes, follows, reports, blocks, and mutes. Our hosting providers may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser information, cookies, and request logs.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate player rooms, remember follows and votes, calculate community activity, enforce rate limits, investigate reports, improve the beta, prevent abuse, and communicate about account or safety matters.
Service providers
RosterBuzz relies on service providers for hosting, sign-in, storage, security, and sports data. They may process information only as needed to provide those services and under their applicable terms. Public posts and chat messages can be viewed by other visitors.
Sale and advertising
RosterBuzz does not currently sell personal information or run behavioral advertising. If advertising or data practices materially change, this notice will be updated before those changes are introduced.
Retention and control
We retain account and community information while it is needed to run and protect the beta. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing rosterbuzz95@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.
Children
RosterBuzz is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed.
Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We may update this notice as the beta develops; the updated date above will change when we do.
