Run this 30–45 minute checklist with five fantasy players watching the same game. Use real reactions—the goal is to find friction, not manufacture activity.

Before kickoff

The host selects one game and six featured players, sends this guide and the RosterBuzz link, and confirms that all five testers can sign in.

Tester checklist

  1. 1. Sign in and follow three players.
  2. 2. Cast one lineup vote and one Add/Drop vote.
  3. 3. Open a player room during the game.
  4. 4. Change a vote after a meaningful play or injury update.
  5. 5. Post one take and reply through live chat.
  6. 6. Report the test post identified by the host, then mute its author.
  7. 7. Return to the homepage and open a room from Latest Buzz.

Host observations

Record where each person hesitates, whether they understand the data label, whether changing a vote feels natural, and whether they return after a touchdown, fumble, injury, or role change.

Five-minute debrief

  • What made you open a player room?
  • What felt confusing or untrustworthy?
  • Was Live Chat meaningfully different from Posts?
  • Which player would you follow next week?
  • Would you open RosterBuzz without being reminded?
